1. When starting the machine, first select the forward and reverse rotation after the emergency stop is opened. Operation in forward and reverse rotation can not be selected, must first stop.

 

2.  pay attention to maintenance, where there is grease nozzle, add grease once a month. Mainly the bearing lubrication!

 

3. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the surface of the roller, don't let the welding slag, short plate and other things fall into the roller chamber, so as not to damage the leveling roller.

When feeding sheets into the uncoiler, human clothes or hands should not be too close to the rollers. Do not drag the sheet hard to prevent inertia force from being pulled into the machine when the speed of the uncoiler is suddenly accelerated.

 

7. When someone is checking, repairing or refueling, you must make sure the power of the machine is cut off. When the machine is turned on, pay attention to whether someone is too close to the machine.

 

8. The operator needs to cooperate with the feeder when operating the panel. If there is a loss of control, please turn off the power immediately.

 

9. Operators should not be less than three people
